2. Products and pricing We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders affected by pricing or listing mistakes, and refund any payment made for such orders.
3. Orders and payment By placing an order, you represent that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or errors in pricing/availability.
4. Subscriptions Some products are available on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on the recurring schedule disclosed at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date through the subscription management link in your confirmation email — cancellation takes effect for the next scheduled charge; it does not refund past charges. We'll provide clear notice of the price and frequency of recurring charges before you subscribe.

6. Intellectual property All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Online Marketplace Ventures LLC and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Easy Essentials is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
